Sir,
I would like to
submit that our circle union notified an agenda item in RJCM meeting held with
Chief PMG, Hyderabad to engage the outsiders in the vacant posts to meet
shortage in clerical cadre. Hon’ble Chief PMG was kind enough to issue
guidelines to all Regions.
As already
discussed in monthly meetings and oral discussions, engagement of outsiders may
be provided in the following offices.
