          Sub: Non Notification of sankaranthi an important festival                    as holiday  in the holiday  list for year-2017

                 You might have seen the list of holidays for the year 2017 released by the CPMG AP Circle. For important festival sankranthi, No holiday has been declared which is a very sad issue. In the list most of the holidays in the list fall on Sundays. You are therefore requested to take up the issue with appropriate authorities and see that closed holiday is declared for sankranthi festival
