                                  This is paper clipping dtd August 13 20158 of hindu daily in which the Honarable finance minister Sri Arun Jailtley released a press statement in parliament that CG employees can expect good news in 7 CPC i.e 15 %hike in their salaries.Here it is to note that when hon justice AK Mathur was compiling the pay commission recommendations and before his recommendations to central govt  it is not known how the Hon finance minister will release a statement which can be presumed that it is an indication to Hon Justice AK Mathur that the pay hike to the CG employees to that 15% extent.

                                              

                            So accordingly pay commission recommendations which was submitted to the central Govt on 19/11/2015 on hiking the pay as 14.27% only.
