            Sir,

                                    Sub: Submission of memorandum on local problems

                                    As per the direction of AIPEU Gr ‘C’ circle union, the following issues on CBS/CIS/General are furnished hereunder for redressal.

1.      Request for Provision of rest cum dining room to lady officials at Gudur HO, since 60% of the staff belong to women employees.

2.      Request for supply of laminated printed ID cards to all departmental employees.

3.      Request for arrangement of protection of vacant site, which costs more than 2 crores at Nayudupeta to avoid illegal encroachment.

4.      Request for Augmentation of Clerical establishment in r/o the following ‘C’ class offices, where there is justification for 2^nd post.

Ø  Chennur SO

Ø  Sydapuram SO(15 BOs)

Ø  Chillakur SO(10 BOs)

Ø  Viur SO(11 BOs)

5.      Request for allotment of sufficient funds for clearing pending Bills.

Ø  Medical – 13 Lakhs

Ø  TA – 5 Lakhs

Ø  OT – 3 Lakhs

6.      Request for conducting of monthly meetings regularly.

7.      Request for provision of new post office at “APACHI” SEZ Sullurpeta, where more than 10 thousand employees are working. There is every possibility to improve our PO business activities including PLI/RPLI business if we established a post office.

This is a circle union bimonthly meeting item of 2011/2013. This was discussed with PMG/DPS at several times in informal meetings. Though it is an important issue to be raised by administration, though union raised, no use of it.

8.      Request cause supply of fake note detecting machines to all departmental offices in view of lakhs of rupees cash handling on a/c of NREGS.

9.      Request for dequarterise the following P.O. buildings in view of insufficient and most unhygienic situation prevails in the toilets portion.

10.   Request cause supply of revolving chairs to all computerized offices in Gudur Dn.

11.  Request cause necessary repairs to the motor of Rapur SO

12.  Request for grant of Financial Assistance to the officials of postal quarters, who suffered a lot due to sudden entering of water in to the ground floor quarters in the midnight of 16.11.2015. The loss may be approximately more than 30,000/- in each quarter.

This is a monthly meeting item of 2-12/15. Also discussed with Hon’ble CPMG, who is camping at Gudur on 23.01.2016.

13.  Request to pass outsourcing bill Rs. 18,800/-(Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Only) of Sri SK. Kalesha BPM Vavileru a/w Chejerla SO, who assisted IP Podalakur in typing work of Kullur BO fraud case in late hours form 2/2011 to 6/2011.

This is a union item of 4-2/2015, which is yet to be settled.

14.  Request for provision of necessary cash security arrangements like strong rooms etc in LSG/A/B class SOs inview of storage of cash to NREGS payments

15.  Request for relocation of Dachur ‘C’ class SO, which is having only 2 BOs to Adurupalli Centre, a 4 SOs centre. Dachur village has been completely vacated in view of Teluguganga project. Now Dachur P.O. is established in a high school room(free of rent) without minimum basic facilities. This is a item of 1-1/2013 and 2-11/2014, yet to be settled.

16.  Request cause to filling up of PA posts in ‘B’ class SOs, which are kept vacant since a long time.

Ex: Manubolu, Vidyanagar, Chejerla SOs. Now all the above offices have been migrated to Finacle, it is necessary to fillup the posts for smooth functioning of offices.

17.  Request for settlement of family planning increment – case of Sri S. Lakshmi Narayana PA SHK Range.

This is a item of 1-2/2013, which is yet to be settled.

18.  Request to raise the minimum/maximum cash balances in view of NREGS payments etc to all SOs in Gudur Dn to avoid raising of ECB memos daily

19.  Request for relocation of Gundavolu P.O. to “Penchalakona”, a famous piligrim centre.

            Gundavolu village is notified as submerged area and the total remuneration also paid to the villagers. It is suggested to shift Gundavolu P.O. to “Penchalakona” which is popular piligrim centre, which is located under Gundavolu SO jurisdiction only.

20. Request for sanction of all pending NREGS bills pending since February 2015
