Resolutions adopted in general body meetings-Reg
Joint general body
meetings of P-III,P-IV,GDS unions held at Gudur on 06-03-2016 unanimously
resolved the following resolutions for reddressal.
1.
Issues
related to CBS Finacle:
As deliberated by the participating
members, it was experienced that the employees particularly PA cadre have
forgotten all other issues including family except the problems arising out of
CBS Finacle and PLI MC Camish at present.
a. One
SA at DO and 2 SAs at Gudur HO needs to be exclusively spared for handling the
user management of Finacle for the entire division. Their work should be
confined to clear the doubts of SPMs in Finacle Problems.
b. Presently
in Gudur HO and in some SOs, staffs are working on other officials IDs, which
is most dangerous. Whenever the SPMs proceed on leave the deputed officials
will work on his own ID. So the exclusively spared SAs needs to co ordinate
with staff branch of divisional office in changing the IDs of concerned
officials.
c. Since
at present no technical support is being extended by Infosys/Sify, one CBS
trained official should be attached to newly migrated office for at least 10
days for providing necessary assistance.
d. Periodical
workshops to be conducted with all SPMs/PAs/SAs dealing with CBS for effective
interaction with proper feedback to set the future course of action.
e. All
‘B’ class offices should be made double handedly and under no circumstances
deputation order from ‘B’ class SOs having BOs to be issued.
2.
Issues
related to PLI MC Camish:
In this regard PLI/RPLI
policy holders are suffering a lot and blaming the department like anything.
a. Presently
total MC Camish supervisory work has been entrusted to the APM (A/Cs) in
addition to his normal duties, which is highly overburdened. It is requested to
entrust the MC Camish supervisory work to one of the accountant for better supervision,
since it relates to public dealings.
b. Sufficient
staff may be provided to MC Camish branch to streamline the pendency.
3. All RPLI/NREGS
incentive bills should be released forth with.
4. Arrears to contingent staff should be
released immediately.
