            Sub:Suply of brief cases/lady purses in cadre of LSG/HSG-II/HSG-I officials -reg;

  

                   Postal Directorate vide its Letter No F.NO.34/1/2013-PAPdtd 16/042015 prescribed the revised ceiling rates for purchase of brief cases/ladies purses. Accordingly CPMG Andhra circle vide Lr.No SDC/8-26/CO/2009-2010 dtd 19/05/2015 directed all lower units to act accordingly.

                   Again on 18/06/2015 PMG Vijayawada informed that the above orders to be kept in abeyance as per CPMG Orders, for which the reasons are not known.

                Hence P3CHQ is requested to persue the matter and see that the orders are implemented at the earliest possible. All the three letters are enclosed for information
