Respected Sir,

                This is regarding pathetic condition of Sydapuram Departmental P.O. Building in Gudur Division, which looks in ugly condition.

                Half of the 2 doors are completely not available due to wetting in rains. Ready made doors with much cheap wood were fixed initially by the contractor. No sunside is available. Now a days more cash is keeping for MGNREGS purpose. Anybody can easily enter into office. Motor also not functioning since 2 years.

                The above issues have been raised through monthly union meeting under item no. 03/08-2014. And also brought it to the notice of Hon’ble PMG, Vijayawada on 18.12.2014 through on informal meeting. Copies of photographs are enclosed.

                Copy of union monthly minutes copy dt 28.11.2014 and informal interview letter dt 18.12.2014 are submitted herewith for kind perusal. Kindly direct the SP Gudur to attend the works, as security is involves.
