                             Respected Sir,

This is regarding defaming the image of Postal department on the issue of pension payments, which was taken by us as a prestigious project and discharging the duty of pension payments with high responsibility, even in the event of abnormal staff shortage.

                

The actual pension payments are  from 4-2-15 to 10-2-15

When the above is the actual position, paper media is quoting false figures to the public about postal department that  not even 40% pension payments are yet completed.It was stated in leading news paperes district edition dtd 11/02/2015(enclosed). The unpaid portion of  pension payments is  also due to malfunctioning of machines supplied or due to the aponline serve not responding.It is evident from slips generated, how efficiently our officials have  made payment though this is the first time.

Kindly take appropriate steps to curb such false propaganda as being a responsible part of peoples life, print media should convey the people real information but not such false information. And safeguard the interests of officials who are involved and working day & night for distributing pensions to aged pensioners.
