Sub: Informal meeting with The Hon’ble PMG, Vijayawada camping

        at Gudur – Reg.

Kindly arrange an informal meeting with the Hon’ble PMG, Vijayawada who is   

camping at Gudur in order to discuss some welfare issues beyond the jurisdiction of SPOs, Gudur.

                               

        

1.Building issues

·          Request for necessary repairs including arresting of leakage to the Quarters portion of kota Departmental P.O. Building. Presently SPM is residing in private rented house.

·          Request for immediate shifting of Yellasiri P.O to new premises, which was offered by same P.O Building landlord Since Present Building is with full of water and is in collapsing condition.

·         Request cause to Provide the following repairs to Sydapuram Departmental P.O. Building

§  . Non functioning of motor

§  . window glasses have been broken and Looks ugly condition

§  . Wooden door has been completely spoiled due to non availability of sunside. No security.

2. Request for Augmentation of clerical establishment in the following ‘c’ class sos, where there is justification for another hand.

                      Case of: Chennur, Chillakur, Tada and Sydapuram

3. Request for relocation of Dachur ‘c’ class so to Adurupalli point, which is a junction. Since Dachur village has been completely vacated inview of Teluguganga project.

4. Request to make podalakur (which is a centrally located point and head quarters of IP Sub Division) as a cash office to Chejerla, Virur, Dachur, Kalichedu & Kaluvoya S.Os(Spos replied that the above item is pending with R.O.)

5. Sri SK.Md. Ali, PA Gudur Division was compulsorily retired from service on 10.01.2003. Retirement gratuity was not paid after retirement on the plea of pendency of judicial proceedings. Subsequently judicial proceedings were finalized on 27.08.2009 and the official was acquitted. The official had represented for sanction of interest on retirement gratuity for delayed payment during March 2010. It is learnt that the case was referred to Directorate by PMG Vijayawada.

6. Request for provision of rooms for recreation and ladies dining at Gudur HO

7. Request for sanction PLI incentive bills: For the last two years no bills have been passed.

8. Request cause necessary approval by R.O for filling up the following GDS vacant posts, vacant since more than 6 years also.
