In pursuance of the orders contained in Chief Postmaster General, A.P.Circle, Hyderabad memo no. ST/5-1(P)/2013 dated 09-07-2014, the following officials of LSG (Postal) approved for promotion to the cadre of HSG-II (Postal) on regular basis in the pay band of Rs. 9,300-34,800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4,200/- the following postings are ordered by the competent authority, with immediate effect/dates noted under column F against each and until further orders.

The Divisional Heads concerned will issue posting orders in respect of the officials at Sl.No.1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9 of Part-B only after the completion of the debarment date mentioned against each in column F.
The officials may exercise option for fixation of pay under provision of FR-22(I)(a)(1), if they were not granted MACP-II with Grade pay of Rs.4200/- and MACP-III with Grade Pay Rs.4600/- previously, within one month from the date of assumption of charge in the promoted post.
If any Disc cases are pending against the promoted official, they should not be relieved on this promotion and the same may be intimated to this office.
In case the official declines promotion, an unconditional declination letter may please be obtained and forwarded to this office immediately for onward submission to Circle Office for its acceptance. If the official declines promotion, he/she should note that he/she is not eligible for promotion to the cadre of HSG-II(Postal) for a period of 1(One) year either on regular or adhoc basis from the date of declination. Further, the official who declines promotion will not be considered for financial up gradation under MACP Scheme, if any due, as per the existing rules/instructions till they accept promotion.
The Divisional Superintendents may relieve the officials forthwith with a direction to them to join in the promotional posts in HSG-II cadre before 10-08-14. The date of joining of officials in HSG-II cadre may please be intimated to this office.
Charge reports may be sent to all the concerned.
