Sub: Utilization of outsourcing
services for opening of new SB/RD
accounts during the drive period –Reg.
In circle union Telugu
circular dtd.12-11-13, it was mentioned that “The decision of RJCM is for
opening of 100 accounts, one person can be engaged an out sourcing basis.”When
we contacted local administration they said that no such orders have been
received. Since the drive period will expire by 30-11-13, it is requested to
see that the RJCM decision is to be communicated to lower units.
Further SPMs have to
sign the new pass books, SB-3 card and photos, which involves heavy volume of
work. Additionally Gr ’D’ officials and Gds packers are to be date stamped in
SB-3 cards/pass books. It is requested to see that the above officials will be
sanctioned Honorarium.
