Some of the important issues are brought to the notice of NFPE, in which higher level decisions are requested.
Limited transfer facility to Gramin Dak Sevak

Limited transfer facility has been provided to GDS officials vide DG(P) memo no. 19-10/2004-GDS dated 17-7-2006 followed by another order no.19-10/2004-GDS(part) dated 21-7-2010 to one GDS post to another. There is no mention about that GDS BPMs are not eligible for transfer to GDS MC/MD, GDS packers etc like wise GDS packers, GDS MC/MDs are not eligible for GDS BPM posts etc. Accordingly so many GDS are transferred. But all of sudden DPS(Hqrs) Chennai vide his D.O. letter no.STC/13-11/04 dt 30-6-2008 wrote a letter to directorate, for which Directorate has given clarification to CPMG Tamilnadu vide letter no.F.NO.22-15/2008-GDS dtd 6-11-2008 which contains
“The limited transfer facility is within the specific category of GDS and not from one category to other” Only on account of that the following cases have been rejected by CPMG Andhra Circle Hyderabad.

Now a days Ongole candidates are recruiting in Gudur division and Gudur candidates are recruiting in Nellore division. Hence transfers are needed. This is fully justified requirement. Kindly do the needful.

Compassionate cases in GDS cadre

There are more than 600 cases are in circle office, in which more than 5 years cases also. On 9-3-12 postal Directorate issued revised procedure to consider compassionate appointment case in pursuance of postal JCA strike. The good achievement is removal of educational qualification(point no.7). It is requested cause issue of suitable directions in this regard.
Non releasing of LGO result for 21 vacancies belongs to SC/ST

LGO exam held on 16-10-11. The result declared on 17-2-12 by CPMG Andhra Circle. Result for 21 vacancies belongs to SC/ST officials has not been announced on the plea that clarificatory orders from postal directorate are to be received(vide para 6 of CPMG result declared letter no.RE/2-2/2011/LGO exam dt 17-2-12) It is requested to do the needful for immediate release of SC/ST officials 21 posts results.
Non allowing of Tatkal railway ticket reservarion charges

It is a well known fact that availability of train tickets on subsequent confirmation is very difficult. The departmental trainings are ordered within very short notices. In such cases officials are forced to reserve tickets on Tatkal quota. But the tatkal reservation charges are being disallowed while passing the bills on the plea that there is no rule provision. When this item was taken in monthly meeting with SP Gudur, the same reply was given in writing.
