Sub: Information sought under RTI act 2005-reg

The workload of Chintavaram Bo under Chillakur So is equal to sub office work. Especially after joining of the present BPM, who is a MSC candidate developed the Bo in all respects. During the year 2006 the GDSMD of the Bo was expired and the total delivery work of cusba and its attached villages has been attached to BPM itself, which comes to around 30km per day for delivery work. For removal of delivery work to the BPM, we are requesting the SPO’s Gudur since 2007 in order to concentrate on the BO work by the BPM, but in vain. The alternate proposal given by the Union was also not taken in to consideration. There are orders from higher authorities to relocate vacant posts where the work justifies and also to develop our revenue. Every inspecting officer to visited the Bo is appreciating the BPM work and giving assurance for providing relief to the BPM, which is not materialized so far. In can’t but circumstances I am approaching to finish the following information under RTI act 2005.

i. How many SB, RD, RPLI accounts standing at Chintavaram Bo
ii. War are the Government offices, Schools etc. at Chintavaram and its attached villages
iii. Wat are the Accountable articles with total number received by Chintavaram Bo for delivery during 2,2011
iv. Wat is the work load of the BPM Chintavaram in point system
v. Number of GDS officials working at Chintavaram Bo
