CIRCLE JCA AGITATION PROGRAMME

To All Divisional/Branch Secretaries All Circle Office Bearers The meeting of Branch/Divisional secretaries of twin cities held on 29/03/2011 at Hyderabad GPO under the President ship of com.K.Manohar Rao Convenor JCA (FNPO). The following decisions were taken to intensify the agitational programme against the implementation of MNOP as per Macancy Proposals. It is brought to the notice of the circle union by some divisions that they have not received the Postal JCA circular and Memorandum, It is requested to all branch/Divisional secretaries to down load the Memorandum which was submitted to the CPMG, the same copy may be submitted to Divisional Superintendent. 1.Black Badge wearing campaign by all employees of twin cities for two days i.e.30/03/2011&31/03/2011 2.Gate/Lunch hour demonstrations should be conducted in all LSG offices of twin cities. 3.Mass demonstrations at CPMG office on 31/03/2011 at 01-00pm 4.Badge wearing campaign demanding "Macancy Go Back" from 01/04/2011 to 06/04/2011 throught the circle by all Postal Employees.The badges should be printed at divisional level. 5.Submission of Memoradums to the Divisional Superintendents on 01/04/2011 by mobilising all Postal Employees under the banner of Postal JCA.
