• Com. P.Chiranjivulu, EDMC/MD, Venumbaka a/w Kotapolur SO was under went open heart surgery at Bollineni Hospital, Nellore. NFPE delegation visited and enquired about his present health condition. He is ok. We wish him speedy recovery.

• Sri. SK.Basha Mohiddin,BPM,Kondagunta retired from service on afternoon of 12-11-2010. Retirement benefits Rs. 108630/-[one lakh eight thousand six hundred thirty ] has been paid to the official on 13-11-2010 itself.

• Federal executive of NFPE will meet on 10-12-2010 at Hyderabad to sort out the problems of postal employees and programme of action for their achievement.

• The first All India conference of SBCO union is scheduled to be held on 11-12-2010 at Hyderabad.

• The first All India conference of civil wing employees association is scheduled to be held at Hyderabad on 12-12-2010 at Hyderabad.

• Confederation of central govt employees unit is going to meet at Mumbai on 01-12-2010 to review various agitations, achievement of demands and to further process/future course of action.

The left over GDS pay committee items, grant of retirement benefits to1-1-06 onwards retirees, pay protection to GDS officials who went on request transfers, grant of lumpsum amounts to GDS officials who promoted to postmen/Gr-‘D’/ PA cadre, grant of HRA, Service Discharge Benefit Scheme, Medical Scheme, Filling up of all vacant Gr-‘D’ (multi skilled employees) postmen vacancies, removal of 20 thousand for 1 point etc. items will be discussed.
